Colorado State University had its humble beginnings in 1879 as the "Agricultural College of Colorado" - starting with just five students and three members of staff. Nearly 140 years later, CSU has grown into one of America's largest and most respected public research universities - offering hundreds of academic programs to more than 30,000 students.
